MACABALAN, Cagayan de Oro City (Sept. 12) – A two-day operational planning marked the next milestone of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region 10’s (BFAR-10) Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program Phase 2. The activity, held at the BFAR-10 conference room, brought the program’s assigned field officers and the region’s five provincial fishery officers.
